Taylor, Executive Director

Taylor has been in the healthcare field for over 11 years. She started her career as a caregiver in high school and worked through different roles in management. When Taylor met the owners of North Oak Senior Living, she knew this was the place to be and knew her skill set would take this company to a whole other level. Taylor has a huge heart and goes above and beyond for the residents and their families but also her team that stands beside her. Taylor has her Bachelors Degree in Health Care Administration with Long Term Care Management and is currently finishing her Masters Degree at UO-Phoenix. In her free time, Taylor loves spending time with her husband, son, and her two dogs, fishing and hunting.

Robin, Assistant Executive Director

Robin has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare field. Her lifelong dedication to helping others started at just 18 years old when she began working with individuals and their families. Striving to ensure that every individual feels valued, respected, and supported Robin lends a helping hand, a listening ear, or goes above and beyond to make someone’s day better. Her passion for helping others combines with her love for family and community drives her to continue to make a difference every day. Family is incredibly important to Robin having been happily married for 25 years. In her free time if she’s not spending quality time with her three adult children, she can be found at her four grandchildren’s sporting and dancing events or relaxing in nature.
